Checkout at Finest Saunas is fast and secure. Every transaction is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and your full card details are never stored on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB
• Digital wallet: Google Pay

The payment options available for your order are always shown at checkout.

Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email right away. If your order is cancelled before it ships, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Declined or Pending Payments

If a payment does not go through, please check that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer, or contact your bank. If the problem continues, reach out to us and we will help you complete your order.

Our checkout uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant through Shopify Payments. We may verify large orders to protect you against fraud.
