Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm we've received it.

Next, we’ll check with our suppliers to ensure your items are in stock and ready to ship. Most premade saunas and accessories are available for immediate shipment, while custom saunas may require more time (see the Shipping Timeline below).

As soon as your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we’ll ship it out. You’ll receive tracking information via email on the day it ships. If you don’t receive tracking details within 6 business days of your purchase, feel free to contact us through our chat, the "Contact" page, or at contact@finestsaunas.com.    

Custom Sauna

To get a quote for your custom order, please contact us directly or submit your details through our "Custom Sauna Request page".

Shipping Details

Where We Ship: We currently offer delivery across the United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional fee applies—please contact us directly or submit your details through our "Contact" page for a quote. At the moment, we do not provide international shipping (outside the USA), but stay tuned as we plan to expand soon.

Special Note: If your delivery location requires special arrangements (such as hard-to-access areas), a "difficult delivery fee" may be applied. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery address, please feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

Shipping Timeline: For sauna accessories and ready-made saunas (like infrared models), if they're in stock, they’ll be delivered within 5-7 business days after your payment is processed.

Custom-made saunas typically take 3-4 weeks to be ready for shipment, and this timeline may be longer for highly specialized or customized models.

Special Note: If there are any unexpected delays—such as extreme weather or supplier issues—a customer support specialist will reach out to you with details about the delay, the reason behind it, and any updates to your order. If the new conditions aren’t suitable, you’ll have the option to cancel your order at that time.

Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: finestsaunas.com does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Return Delivery Costs

For Defective Products: There is no return shipping cost for the customer if the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way.

For Customer Remorse: If the customer purchased the wrong product, the item doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it, the actual return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
