The white stones provide a softer, cleaner steam to upgrade your sauna atmosphere. The Harvia AC4000 sauna stones are only to be used as a top layer in addition to traditional stones, with a one box maximum per heater.

Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $150 or more across the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $29. Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is quoted on request.

Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not due to damage, a defect or a shipping error. Golden Designs and LeisureCraft (including Dundalk Leisure Canadian Timber) products follow their own brand return policies, which have different fees.

Where do you ship?

Finest Saunas ships to residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a delivery quote. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How soon will my order ship?

In-stock saunas, heaters and accessories are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Custom and made-to-order saunas need extra production time, and we will confirm the expected ship date with you in writing before production starts.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation, including processing time. Saunas and other large items ship by freight with curbside delivery, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $29. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, with no extra delivery fees added later for addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

How can I track my order?

We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we will check on it for you.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, and you will need a Return Authorization number from us before sending anything back. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not due to damage, a defect or a shipping error. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Damaged or defective items are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify with SSL encryption, card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
